How does one relax while living the Kalamazoo Life?



Step 1: Take a long, luxurious bubble bath!




Step 2: Yoga! Conley and Mommy do a modified Warrior 1 pose.

Now it's time for Warrior 2 pose.


And let's build that upper body strength with a litte down dog.
